Meet the makers, learn the stories behind each drop, and taste your way through some of Australia’s top whisky offerings. The line-up features established distilleries creating some of Australia's best whisky, new players shaking things up, and independent bottlers bringing an international flavour. Additional tastings, dram’s and Take Home bottles available for purchase direct from the distiller.
Whiskery Bar
8:30 PM – 9:30 PM
After the tasting session, head over to the Whiskery Bar, where you can wind down with a final dram, share your whisky discoveries with your friends and fellow enthusiasts.
