A zesty citrus forward gin showcasing lemon myrtle, native to the subtropical rainforests of Queensland, and organic valencia oranges grown in the southern river valleys of Australia.

Wild harvested juniper berries from the mountains of the Mediterranean are vapour infused in a basket that sits within our pot still creating a light and delicate pine forest style juniper spirit that pairs perfectly with the citrus profile.

Coriander seeds provide middle notes while star anise adds sweetness and spice. Orris root, the dried root of the Iris plant, acts as the functional botanical, binding the aromas and flavours whilst also adding a fragrance of sweet violets

Palate: Lemonade icy poles, orange fruit tingles, sherbet on a light juniper base.
