A classic London Dry navy strength gin with an Aussie twist. Old world herbs rosemary and tarragon meet Australian  coastal saltbush. This gin is the first 'single shot' gin from the Bellarine Distillery where all botanicals are distilled together.

The softer herbs undergo vapour infusion which releases the delicate aromatics whilst generous amounts of juniper berries are immersed in the pot with organic Australian walnuts to liberate their rich oils. The distillation is long and slow to fully extract these heavier oils giving this gin its distinctly robust, flavour packed character. This is the perfect G&T gin!
