Cancellation Policy
No returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges are available for any events. If you are unable to attend, we recommend nominating a friend or family member to take your place. No notification is required for change of attendees name, simply quote the booking name on arrival.
Cancellation due to exceptional circumstances
We understand that unexpected events can pop up at the last minute. In the case you are unable to make a class or event due to exceptional circumstances please follow the below instructions:
Illness- In the case that a participant is unable to attend due to an illness, please email a medical certificate and your order number to info@bellarinedistillery.com.au by no later than 2pm on the day of your event booking. Our team will be in touch with you within 3 working days. The participant will be offered a full refund or change of booking date minus booking fees and administration fee of $18/ person.
Family Emergency- In the case of a family emergency, please email your order number and emergency details to info@bellarinedistillery.com.au no later than 2pm on the day of your event booking. All booking cancellations in the case of a family emergency will be offered a full refund minus booking fees and administration fee of $18 per person.
Age Restrictions
All attendees must be over the age of 18 years in order to attend & participate.
Privacy Policy
By purchasing a ticket to an event, you acknowledge that the event may be filmed or photographed and give consent for the film or photographs to be published on any platform by Bellarine Distillery or by any other entity used for promotion. Films andphotographs may be used occasionally for other marketing purposes.
